CANCELLATION POLICY

25% Deposit payable at time of booking.

Full payment 28 days before check in.

Full refund for cancellations up to 21 days before check-in.

If booked less than 21 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.

No refund after that.

HOUSE RULES

Checkout before 10am

Strictly no dogs 1 May ~ 30th September.
No dogs allowed upstairs.
No dogs in the hot tub!
Please clean up dog mess in the garden.
No smoking or vaping
No parties.
When using the hot tub, please always shower before use and use only plastic cups.
Close the cover on the hot tub when not in use to conserve energy.
Guests should bring their own towels for the beach and not take house towels.
