Relax in style in our Lounge, the ideal place to unwind and watch TV. ​​With 2 large sofas that can each seat 3-4 people as well as a TV with all the usual streaming apps. ​
Bifold doors on both sides open out to the garden and patio/courtyard area so you can enjoy the fresh air and sun whilst lounging in comfort and keeping an eye on the kids in the hot tub.
The ground floor also has a wheelchair accessible WC.
Upstairs you'll find a modern family bathroom and 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with an en-suite.
Bifold doors open out in the main bedroom and french doors in the second, both boasting glass Juliet balconies.
The third has a bunk bed, along with toys, lego and
childrens books.

The tranquil circular white-walled close houses a private lockable entrance. Upon entering, you'll find a secure enclosed courtyard with a hot running outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off dogs, sandy feet and boards after a beach day or before soaking in the hot tub.
​The garden is turfed and securely fenced with a patio featuring an outdoor dining table and chairs to seat 6, along with a BBQ.​​
